Curb Side Pick up.  We offer free curb side pick up at both our New Hamburg and Ayr locations.

• Phone Order - If you place an order over the phone, we will provide you with instructions on where to pick up the order
• Online Order - If you place an order online for curb side pick up, you will receive instructions included in your email on where to pick your order when is it ready.

Returns

You may return an unopened item(s) item within 30 days of the date of purchase to either one of our locations.  Refunds are provided via store credit or back to the original card used. We cannot accept personalized or opened items for returns.

Online Returns -  If you would like to return your order placed online, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.  After we receive your package.  We will provide you with a refund back to the original card used.  You will receive an email when this has been completed.
